Durante Garden July 22, 2008

Cynthia Durante gardens on a large lot at the south edge of Okanogan. Her property backs up to the river and she's been able to take advantage of the riparian trees as a backdrop for her plantings. She has a large koi pond, a sturdy gazebo fashioned from recycled materials, and an extensive vegetable garden. The carved blue heron gate was fashioned by a friend.
