Becky Arnold has a country garden surrounding her home on the outskirts of Bend. Like many gardeners in the area she has a deer problem that she's solved with an attractive fence that almost disappears. A former children's play area is now a sea of Columbine and other perennials. She is also establishing a collection of dwarf conifers for year-around interest.
