Low Garden August 2, 2007

Toni Low gardens on the outskirts of Redmond, Oregon. Flowers and vegetables are mixed together in a small plot inside a deer fence. The season is short, so tomatoes get help from a greenhouse. In the middle of the garden there's a vine-canopied bed, complete with antique quilt. Outside the deer fence there are expansive lawns, an exquisite child's playhouse, a pond, a treehouse built by the Low kids, and lots of antique farm and kitchen stuff.
