Joy Myers gardens around one of the original homes from Sumpter's boom days in the early 20th century that survived a disastrous 1917 fire that destroyed most of the mining town. It's an old-fashioned garden, arranged around the outbuildings and with artifacts from the area incorporated into the plantings.
